There comes a moment in life when you’re asked to leave behind something you never imagined living without. For me, that moment came at 51. For more than three decades, I built a career I was incredibly proud of. I was a business partner in a high-end salon, a multi-award-winning hairstylist, and had the privilege of training with some of the industry’s most respected names, including Vidal Sassoon, L’Oréal, and Redken. I was fortunate to work alongside artists I had once onl
